Mattias Almgren – Chief Executive Officer

Brings more than 20 years of experience as an investor and executive in private equity–backed infrastructure businesses, with a track record spanning both investment funds and fund-owned businesses. Has served on the boards of multiple infrastructure and energy efficiency companies, bringing strategic direction and governance expertise. Played a central role as a board member and deputy CEO in the investment and transformation of Envirotainer, a global provider of asset-based infrastructure leasing services, leading up to the multi-billion-euro sale to EQT in 2022.

Eriks Atvars – Chief Investment Officer​

Eriks Atvars brings deep experience in European infrastructure financing, with a focus on renewable energy. Formerly in senior leadership roles at UniCredit, including Global Head of Natural Resources and Deputy Global Head of Infrastructure and Power Project Finance, he executed over €4bn of project finance and held responsibility for portfolios exceeding €17bn. He is currently an Investment Committee Member at InvestEU, where he has provided financing guarantees exceeding €18bn. Eriks combines institutional investment expertise with an exceptional understanding of risk across Telios’ key European markets.

Yiannis Rigas – Chief Financial Officer

Yiannis Rigas is CFO of Telios Land Partners and brings over 15 years of experience across fund finance, portfolio operations and financial transformation. Before joining Telios, he was CFO at Amitra Capital and held senior finance and operations roles at Dromeus Capital Group and Bain Capital Credit, covering €4.0bn of investments across NPLs and real estate. His background also includes EMSO Asset Management, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley. Yiannis brings deep expertise in valuation, controls, fund operations and cross-border financial management.

Raj Kohli – Chief Investment Officer

Renewables and infrastructure financier with 18+ years of experience in developing, financing, and investing in solar, storage, and energy-transition assets across the US and Asia with cumulative $800m+ of transactions. Built and ran investment and financing platforms at multiple global energy companies, commercial real estate and renewable investment platforms, and multiple ESG/SDG investment vehicles including building a $160m portfolio of Solar PV & BESS real-estate leases and assets across the US

Maurits Engelsman – Chief Commercial Officer​

Brings more than 10 years of experience in renewable development, land sourcing and financing, leading European projects from land origination and permitting to bankable execution. Has worked with UNDP, the World Bank, and IFC on large-scale renewable planning. A commercial leader in scaling land, energy, and grid-connected assets, with deep expertise in project development, energy strategy, and capital deployment. Previously led solar PV and battery storage development in Northern Europe, overseeing partnerships, land strategy, and commercial structuring.
