Terms are refined, title and payment history are checked, and closing documents are prepared. Your Telios land agent stays as your single point of contact.
Closing
Funds are released on execution of the purchase or lease-finance documents. Decommissioning and hand-back terms are set out clearly
Ongoing support
Telios remains available for questions and coordination with developers, lenders, and advisors to ensure the agreement is administered correctly.
